You can delete your AniMelo account and its data at any time. It happens at once and can't be undone.
In the app
Delete it yourself
Takes a few seconds
- Open AniMelo and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Check I understand this can't be undone, then tap Delete account again.
Without the app
Ask us by email
Done within 30 days, usually much sooner
- Write to [email protected].
- Send it from the Google account email you signed in with, so we know the account is yours.
- We delete the account and reply to confirm.

Name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID
My List
Every anime you saved
Alerts and settings
Your notification list, alert settings and adult anime setting
Signed-in devices
Every device is signed out and stops getting your alerts
Your feedback
Your feedback conversations with us and the screenshots you sent
Your comments, likes and reports
Replies from others stay; yours show as "Deleted", with no text, GIF or name
Premium
A plan that renews is cancelled in PayPal, so you aren't charged again. Premium ends with the account; time left isn't refunded
Only records of Premium payments are kept (amount, date, PayPal's ids and the PayPal email
used), for accounting and tax law, no longer linked to an account. Nothing else is kept.
Server
logs are not linked to your account and are removed on their normal schedule. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Removing AniMelo
from your Google Account only stops Sign in with Google.
